Job Description

My client a top hedge fund is looking to build out its equity linked teams who structurer and execute transactions to corporate clients in both Emerging market Europe and Asia. This role is based in their London office and they are looking to bring on a number of Associate level structurers and also Director level candidates to bring experience to the team. My client is actively sourcing those with a strong equity linked convertible bonds structuring background or strong IPO knowledge. My client also has a strong interest in those with a solid financial sponsor’s background, corporate finance or corporate broking skills as this experience often with corporate clients enables them to bring valuable skills to the desk including strong transaction experience. This opportunity offers the chance to work in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.
