Job Description
Top tier European bank is looking to bring on an Associate level legally trained fund derivatives structurer to be based in Zurich, Switzerland to develop, implement and maintain structured products and open-ended fund solutions relevant to the Japanese and Australian markets. Role will involve preparation of offer documentation and material contracts for alternative investment products, liaising with the legal counsel, pricing exotic fund products and also preparing investment proposals for potential clients. It is essential to have a law degree and ideally experience in a quantitative or structuring position or at least experience planning and executing complex transactions. This experience could be in a variety or areas it does not have to be in the funds arena. Client would look at working knowledge of either funds or capital markets. Any French or German language an advantage but not essential. Excellent opportunity in a massively expanding market.
