I'm looking for an individual who has built a track record of success in understanding how to leverage the skills of strong programmers and quantitative researchers for systematic trading environments and keen to apply their experience in a managed futures trading culture.

The role is geared towards looking at existing and potential new strategy design with the aim of leveraging the existing capability and potential hires for existing equities and FX computerised strategies. Successful strategies are already in place and suitable applicants will be focused on looking at improving existing approaches to contribute towards long-term PnL performance.

Ideal applicants will demonstrate a solid quantitative grounding for Trading strategy development (MSc/DEA/PhD level as minimum) with an equal balance towards algorithm and systems development (C++, databases etc). Evidence of successful strategy implementation that have been integrated into existing algorithms will assure you set yourself apart from other applicants.
