Job Description

Phenomenal opportunity for an experienced professional to join this leading boutique private equity investor based in the West End. Core responsibilities will be to oversee finance and all LLP accounting, manage the relationship with the company`s fund administrators and provide support to the deal executives. Finance is currently 2 people with this role intended to take ownership for all day to day activities, financial planning and strategy reporting into the newly promoted COO/CFO. Longer term the role will move into an FD position with carry in future fund launches a definite potential. We are only considering qualified accountants with significant private equity or related fund management experience due to the technical skills needed. Excellent and genuinely entrepreneurial culture in a rapidly expanding little powerhouse suited to am ambitious, dedicated and innovative thinker. A background in one of the Top 10 firms in the UK would be an advantage.
