This firm has become well-established in the transatlantic mid cap private equity sphere through its offices here in the UK and in America. In a very collegiate atmosphere, you can be assured that you will have excellent exposure to a variety of colleagues from directors to principals to other investment managers. With its emphasis on buyouts and turnarounds, the successful candidate will also be part of an investment team that builds a strong portfolio. You will ideally have previous private equity experience, although a background in investment banking will extensive deal execution skills be considered. Demonstrable commercial acumen is essential as this firm doesn't rely on pure financial re-engineering, but on a strong growth principle.
