Job Description

Early stage Renewable energy / clean technology Private Equity fund is looking to expand their investment team at the Investment Manager and Partner level. Having 4 successful companies in their portfolio, they are looking at raising a new fund and continuing to make investments across Europe such as wind farms / solar energy projects/ tidal power etc. Headed by some of the sharpest and most influential people in the sector, they are looking to continue the expansion into this growing market with a number of hires. At the investment Manager level you will have experience of corporate finance M&A and be able to demonstrate numerous deal execution experience. Alternatively you may already be on the Principal side but be looking to make the move into this sector. Given the often technical / scientific underpinning of these investments, experience of renewable energy / clean technology or equivalent, will be highly valued. At the Strategic Partner level, you will be an expert in your field and be capable of adding value to investments either at the operating or consulting level. COOs and Principals will be highly sought after for introductions. LWI109637
