Job Description
A leading UK focused Private Equity firm seeks an Investment Executive to join their office in London. My client, one of the oldest UK PE firms, has over £500 million under management, making investments across IT Services, Support Services, Consumer & Leisure and Manufacturing. Having invested in over 250 companies since their formation, and with an increasing workload, this represents an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in Private Equity.
You will be an Executive/Associate or equivalent with exceptional modelling, valuation and pitching skills gained from a Big 4 firm or a UK focused M&A boutique/sector team from a large bank. You may work in a consultancy or corporate development role and be interested in working on the buy side. You will have an eye for detail and an enthusiasm to succeed, an entrepreneurial attitude is a must. You will have an exceptional academic record, post-graduate qualifications being an obvious advantage (MBA, ACA).
The successful candidate will join the most prestigious PE firm in the UK market. Working from their London office you will work on both origination and execution of deals, bringing your own ideas and experiences to the table as you work with senior management, leveraging from their knowledge of the industry. You will be involved in decision making, working with colleagues at all stages of the deal process including the valuation, modelling and pitching of ideas to clients.
