Job Description
The leading Private Equity Real Estate buyouts house seeks strong German speaking analysts and associates for their London branch. Succuessful candidates will be working on originating and executing live real estate transactions and should enjoy a heavily client facing role. The firm look for outstanding M&A/PE candidates with strong academic records. Good command of the German language is essential. Succuessful candidates for these roles will be working on live executions, and play a key role in a regular, client facing element. The ideal candidate will possess:
At least analyst level experience as an M&A Real Estate Banker, or experience on a Private Equity real estate team.
Exceptional modelling and valuations experience, and a good knowledge of the deal cycle.
The successful candidate can expect to be given significant deal responsibility at an ealry stage, and so will suit confident and ambitious individuals looking to gain more commercial exposure and significantly raise their profile within the industry. This is a great chance for a top level M&A Real Estate Banker to move to the buy side, or for a PE Real Estate professional to join a very successful team, with an excellent package available.
