Global leader in Private Equity with an exceptional track record of success in all sectors has a newly created opportunity for a Russian and/or Turkish Speaking Investment Associate to join their buyout team. Having invested more than $25 billion worldwide this is one of the most influential and respected names in the market place. Placing an emphasis on growing businesses they combine strategy, innovate financing and an elite investment team to create long-term value. The Role Working at a senior associate/VP level your key responsibility will be to make investment recommendations and manage the acquisition process. Responsibilities include formulation and testing of investment case, scoping and management of due diligence, transaction documentation, internal investment presentations and financial modelling. o You will also enjoy portfolio support and potential board attendance for select investments. Working with management on internal business processes, strategic initiatives, refinancing or add-on acquisitions. o Based in London, the role will include travel across Europe. The Individual o They are looking for individuals who can think creatively and intelligently and thrive in a flat structure. Crucially this entrepreneurial spirit needs to be backed up with excellent analytical skills and the gravitas and integrity to partnership with management teams from day one. o You must have excellent financial modelling skills, demonstrable deal track record, broad commercial acumen and be fluent in Russian and or Turkish. o Ideally you will be an experienced investment professional or an M&A/Leverage Finance associate at one of the Bulge Bracket Investment banks.
