Job Description
We are looking for ACA or MBA qualified accountants who have gained Corporate Finance experience from a top 4 accounting practice or ideally from a boutique financial services firm, who is looking for a new challenge within the commercial sector.
Working for a privately owned international Group with a turnover in excess of $500m, this role is based at their London head office within their Financial Services division.
Reporting to the Vice President we are looking for candidate with strong mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, financial modelling, strategic investment (risk) analysis and effective presentation skills, ideally from the financial services sector.
