Job Description
A superb opportunity to join this growing private equity business. The Private Equity Partners is the private equity arm of an extremely successful corporate capital business. They raise funds, primarily through venture capital trusts (VCTs) offered to private investors and their total funds under management are £140 million. They make equity investments, typically up to £7 million in UK privately owned companies and help entrepreneurial management teams to achieve substantial gains for all shareholders. They specialise in backing management buy-outs (MBOs) and they invest across a very broad range of industries and sectors financing expansion and acquisition. Their portfolio of equity investments in companies currently numbers 40. They are recognised as one of the most experienced teams and active investors in this segment of the private equity market. Matrix PE are in the final stages of raising money for 3 real estate funds coming through totaling over 350MN Euro. They are ideally looking for someone who has raised money for real estate funds before. On offer is potential Partnership within a year to the right candidate.
