Job Description
A leading buyouts firm is seeking candidates to apply for a role on its Renewable Energy Fund. Suitable candidates will have experience in investment banking M&A with excellent financial modeling skills and an understanding of the transaction cycle. It is a definite advantage if you have some experience on Renewables, or related sector, for example Energy, Oil, Gas or Commodities. The team conduct major Venture Capital investments and buyouts of Cleantech firms throughout Europe, with an emphasis on Solar, Electric Vehicles, Wind and Marine (any experience on these areas is an advantage).
