Job Description
A leading Middle-East based Private Equity firm is seeking strong candidates at Associate and VP level to drive its Middle Eastern buyouts business forward. Suitable candidates will have a background in M&A banking or Private Equity, with exceptional financial modeling skills, and a thorough understanding of the whole transaction cycle. It is an advantage if you have focused on Middle Eastern / MEENA markets and/or speak Arabic, but absolutely essential to have solid transactions experience. You will be working on a range of Middle East leveraged buyouts across a wide range of sectors, focusing on origination, modeling and execution of deals. This is an exceptional chance for strong Investment Banking / Mergers and Acquisitions or Private Equity candidates to take advantage of an exciting market.
