Job Description
A rapidly growing Private Equity firm specializing in Energy and Renewable Energy buyouts is seeking a very strong analyst to join its London offices.
Suitable candidates will have the following skills:
- Analyst or associate level experience on M&A at a bulge bracket investment bank
- Very strong valuations/ financial modeling abilities (DCF, LBO, Acretion-Dilution etc)
- It is a definite advantage if you have worked on an Energy or Utilities team (e.g. covering Oil, Gas, Commodities deals)
- An active interest in the global energy sector, including renewable energy.
You will be working on a range of innovative energy focused Buyout and Venture Capital deals across global markets with a dynamic team. This is a great chance for an M&A banker with Energy focused experience to work on buyside deals, with massive scope for growth in the near future.
