- A background in M&A banking or Private Equity, with exceptional financial modeling skills, and a thorough understanding of the whole transaction cycle.

- It is an advantage if you have focused on Middle Eastern / MEENA markets and/or speak Arabic, but absolutely essential to have solid transactions experience.

- You will be working on a range of Middle East leveraged buyouts across a wide range of sectors, focusing on origination, modeling and execution of deals.
