Job Description
Based in one of our branches, this is a front-line customer-facing sales role in which you'll achieve and exceed targets by providing appropriate, understandable advice and building lifetime relationships with customers.
You will also be responsible for supporting the branch team by providing coaching, training and feedback for branch staff, and praising good contribution.
Responsibilities
- Delivering quality sales and productivity targets within branch outlets.
- Delivering seamless and efficient service through effective diary management, consequently minimising ''no shows''.
- Ensuring a high standards of customer service with all sales activities geared to establishing long-term customer relationships.
- Pro-actively seeking personal recommendations and opportunities to self generate business.
- Supporting retail colleagues in the sales of their products and services.
- Achieving company file quality standards to ensure all customer-related documentation is completed accurately and supports advice given.
- Providing coaching, training and feedback for branch staff, praising good contribution.
- Working closely with PFA colleagues, offering assistance where necessary and sharing best practices.
- Ensuring branch colleagues are clear about overall and individual contribution to lead generation and quality sales.
- Ensuring all administration and documentation meets company standards.
- Maintaining professional competence by managing own Continual Professional Development.
The basic salary for this position is £29,000 - £32,500 with a competitive total reward package.
Fully FPC, CEFA, or CF1-5 qualified with experience of developing key relationships with Branch staff.
At least 2 years industry experience within a Bancassurance organisation.
Able to demonstrate solid and proven ability to meet and achieve set targets and business production.
