Job Description
One of the UK's leading Insurance Brokers and Independent Financial Advisers with offices in London, the United States, Continental Europe and Hong Kong are seeking an Independent Financial Advisor
The role is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire but a large majority of the time will be spent travelling nationwide to visit new and existing clients.
You be providing holistic financial advice to existing allocated key clients (both corporate and individual), through effective and competent activities within ethical, legal and compliance guidelines
You will also be developing new corporate and individual business, across the range of advice including, pensions, savings and investments, life assurance from leads provided by the company and from self-generated leads.
Although leads are given a crucial part of the role will be to develop and hunt for new business. Proven experience business development experience is essential as is the professionalism and gravitas to win the business of, and retain larger clients both personal and group.
Paraplaning and administrative help will be given.
Skills
You will be CeFA, 1,2,3 and 4 / FPC 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent
You will be current Competent Advisor Status
You will have thorough technical knowledge of group and individual pensions, life assurance, and investments
