Job Description
Our client, a national Independent Financial Advisory firm are currently seeking both Mortgage Consultants and IFAs, with existing clients, to join them on a self-employed basis. There is opportunities throughout the Yorkshire region.
Through their nationwide network of offices, and using the latest technology, they accommodate the differing needs of clients by offering face-to-face advise.
They have vacancies for advisers who are experienced in advising clients, either as full whole of market IFAs or as Independent Mortgage Advisers or as both.
They have a range of propositions to suit the needs of self-employed advisers be they part of an existing IFA or mortgage business, or sole traders.
Their commission rates are amongst the best available in the industry. Up to 85% commission split on a all business secured, this is a market leading package for those who take advantage of it, with the option of an additional 5% on some roles taken on a remote basis. They have won awards for the quality of advice it delivers to clients. Their Corporate & Private Clients Division has some of the most qualified advisers in the UK many of whom hold the Certified Financial Planner qualification. They also have a highly competitive mortgage broker proposition building upon the award they won in 2006 as Financial Adviser Large Mortgage IFA of the year.

Skills required:
Qualified advisers; IFA's Full FPC or equivalent and ideally working towards AFPC, Mortgage Consultant Full CeMap or equivalent
