Job Description
A fabulous opportunity to join one of the leading banks in Private and Wealth management within the Leeds area.
To proactively build and develop a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing advice upon a broad range of financial matters, in order to maximise the level of client service & provision of cross sales opportunities. To line manage and support their Private Banking Officer in his/her individual development.
To proactively build and develop a portfolio of high net worth clients, in a specific geographic or sector location, in order to maximise the level of wealth management services & cross selling opportunities, in a compliant manner.
To proactively service existing clients and obtain referrals from new business opportunities and existing client base in a compliant manner in order to achieve business growth objectives (number of new clients, income, and funds introduced into investment portfolios and to increase deposit/lending book) as agreed with the Area Manager.
To sell standard Tax, Trusts & Will services to existing clients, either directly or referring to experts in order to meet/exceed specified financial/client objectives.
To maintain up to date & compliant records to ensure relevant internal standards & external regulatory requirements are observed.
To provide line management coaching and support in the development of their Private Banking Officer and encourage confidence in his/her role.
Pass all relevant information to the regional Private Banking Office in a timely & efficient manner in order that client instructions are acted on in a timely and compliant fashion, and so that up to date records can be maintained at all times.
