Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering the Premier and Independent Financial Advisor plan in their area and they do this through driving the performance of their team.

You will ensure that their team complies with the FSA's Treating the Customer Fairly legislation and delivers Best Place to Bank strategy and ensure that growth is achieve

You should be tough enough to be firm on expected standards, but personable enough to put the message across without offending people.
