Job Description
Our client is an international bank and the global private arm of one of the world's leading providers of financial services. The bank serves wealthy clients around the world, particularly in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia.
An assistant vice-president, trust and fiduciary services is required for the London office.
Your team will work closely with the advisors (relationship managers) and investment specialists to build a strategic financial plan for the client.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
~ Marketing of trust solutions
~ Sales support for/training of 100+ relationship managers to identify potential new trust business and to promote trust solutions in client meetings
~ Referrals to company's trust locations to close deals
~ Controlling of follow-up action from/with the different trust locations
~ Participation in ad hoc client meetings and front-office sales meetings
~ MI and reporting functions
Background and experience:
~ Background in a trust environment
~ Sales experience in a trust environment
~ Previous front-line contact with clients and potential clients
~ Strong knowledge in the area of tax and estate planning for individuals - with experience of main planning instruments for trusts and foundations
Requirements and qualifications:
~ Educated to A-level/degree standard or equivalent
~ Practical knowledge of offshore trust solutions
~ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
~ Proactive and business-driven personality, with outstanding interpersonal skills
~ STEP/ACIB qualified
