Job Description
Leading wealth management group require a senior complaints officer to join their customer relations team, investigating and negotiating on a wide variety of private banking/stockbroking complaints. Role will involve handling high net worth client complaint cases in accordance with regulatory guidelines, calculating compensation levels, and supervising junior customer relations officers. You must have experience of handling complaints from the investment/private banking sector, and be fully FPC qualified.
