Job Description
Our client a national financial services company who provide tailored financial advice to meet the needs of medical, dental, teaching, legal and other professional markets due to expansion are currently seeking a Financial Advisor to cover the Cleveland, Harrogate and York areas.
This is a home-based role you will be providing whole of market advice for mortgages and multi tied financial advice to both new and existing customers, according to statutory, regulatory and Society compliance requirements.
You will be:
- Carrying out full financial appraisals
- Identifying shortfalls and recommending options to resolve them
- Responding to the clients wishes by supplying products and services and to provide an explanation of the clients decision
- Delivering agreed levels of service to both new and existing customers, ensuring that sales, activity and personal introduction targets are met
- Drawing up business plans for achieving sales and profit targets in the full range of products and services
- Carrying out an appropriate level of customer contact, taking account of market opportunities, product features and customer preferences using self generated leads
- To be aware of local market and competitor information Skills:
You will be FPC 1, 2 and 3 qualified or equivalent and will currently hold CAS status
Applications will be considered from non-qualified candidates but if you are non-qualified you will have to have recent experience as follows: Commissioned army officer / Medical Sales Consultant / Paralegal/solicitor including f2f experience with barristers / non regulated private / premier banker
NB Unfortunately applications cannot be accepted from Mortgage Advisors even with FPC qualifications and a background in Financial Advice
