Job Description
A senior corporate relationship manager is required to cover the West & Central Africa region of a leading wholesale and investment bank based in London, with trade finance branches across Europe.
The bank is aiming to build a trading and specialised finance business in London. Flat management structure encourages individuals who can clearly impact the business in a progressive and growing environment.
The purpose of your role will be to develop and manage a customer base of leading public and private sector corporations in West and Central Africa. Offer appropriate solutions to the financial services needs of clients in order achieve the bank's revenue targets.
Daily duties and main responsibilities will be to:
- Devise and implement a marketing plan in order to initiate and grow relationships with target market customers
- Assess customer's product and service needs in order to make appropriate offerings
- Work with product specialists (trade, structured finance) to offer tailor made solution to customers
Ideally you will have extensive experience covering West and Central African corporate names with an international or regional bank. An in-depth understanding of corporate banking credit and trade products, as well as an understanding of economic and political situation of the West and Central African region is required.
