Job Description
A leading Pensions and Employee Benefits Consultancy is seeking a Defined Benefit Pensions Consultant. They are looking for well-motivated, highly proactive professionals capable of providing excellent service and advice to a wide variety of clients. At the Associate Consultant level we offer ambitious people the opportunity to develop and hone your skills amongst the industrys top talent and would consider candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds. Client managers, and Pensions Consultants need existing pension experience in a client-facing role or looking for a change into a client-facing position.
Candidates from an insured pension background will also be considered alongside candidates who do not have a pensions background but are exceptional in building and maintaining relationships.
They are seeking candidates who will add value to the relationship with a client through management, development and retention of a portfolio. Supported by the Client Management Practice.
They also seeking candidates with leadership and management experience of operational activities. Central to the role will be the responsibility for the delivery of high quality service to clients and the optimisation of profit, together with accountability for the P&L. You will also be required to drive and support process improvement and work closely with the Client Relationship Director and other senior colleagues to provide leadership and direction to the overall goals of the office. These are fantastic opportunities to provide influence at both a local and national level. The role can be managed along side a certain level of client commitment during the next stages of your career.
