One of our top clients is looking for someone with a good pensions background and Final Salary knowledge to fill a role that will allow the successful candidate to move away from typical pensions administration. The purpose of the role is to support the Team Manager in providing a client focused record keeping service delivery. Some of the responsibilities that will lead you to provide this support are listed below: * Manage and control data loader processes for the team, maintaining schedules and providing regular updates. * Deveop and document procedures for the management of data loaders and to improve the flow and completion of contribution information. * Ensure production targets are met and client satisfaction maintained, often liaising with clients. * Contribute to bulk updates and scheme event projects and adhoc project work. You should be aware of technical developments within the industry, be strong mathematically and on Excel and possess excellent communication skills. An excellent company to work for.
