The Company

This company, a provider of strategic investment funds with products including guaranteed return funds income drawdown and now the launch of a new SIPP products.
Already with a sound investment strategy in place they require a SIPP administrator to work with the Director of the SIPP proposition.
Offices based in London and Hertfordshire, travel will be required to both offices but mainly based in Hertfordshire.


The Role

• Preparing the SIPP documentation and issues it for completion by the client.
• Ensure that all the forms required to open/re-register have been received and recorded.
• Open the SIPP bank account and ensure that all anti money laundering requirements have been met.
• Liaise with the client on the payment of their drawdown benefits.
• Ongoing administration of existing schemes including:-
- Ensuring that cheques are paid promptly into the client’s SIPP bank account.
- Issuing drawdown quotations and illustrations.
- Providing on an annual and ad-hoc basis the valuation of every SIPP.
- Assisting with the HMRC returns.
