New Business Administrator Surrey c£16K
A rapidly growing Financial Services organisation who specialises in the retirement market has this fantastic opportunity for a bright individual to join the Applications Team as a New Business Administrator.
Providing first class customer service and to deliver a quality business processing service for a range of Annuity & Equity Release related products to external and internal customers will be the key focus of your role and your principal accountabilities will include:
· Process all administrative tasks relating to live policies within service standards as detailed in the procedure manual.
· Ensure that new Applications are processed in an effective/professional manner (and with regard to current FSA regulation) which will promote customer satisfaction and delivery of service promise.
· Effectively handle all progress and information enquiries by telephone.
· Take a proactive approach to solving problems and reviewing processes as necessary, to ensure that any service problems encountered are brought to the attention of your line manager and that they do not re-occur.
Ideally the successful candidate will have worked in a financial services background with good Pension / Annuities knowledge and hold strong interpersonal skills. You will be customer service focused and keen to progress within the Financial Services Industry.
