Job Description

An administrator with experience working within an IFA environment is sought to work closely with 2 successful advisers based within a large accountancy practice. You will be responsible for processing client applications and information, submitting new business and updating and recording client details (1st Software) to ensure back office database runs efficiently and service standards are met. You will also get involved with occasional research and preparation for seminars. You will be supported with the Certificate in Financial Planning although some progress with this to date is desired. Knowledge of Word & Excel is necessary and use of 1st Software, Lotus Notes and The Exchange is preferable. Due to increasing new business there is a possibility of a permanent role for the right person further down the line.
