Senior Pensions Administrator, Kent    Up to £30,000

This leading insurance broker has an opportunity for a senior pensions administrator to undertake complex administration tasks with efficiency competency and professionalism.

Main duties include:

·Accurately calculate and pay out benefits for members of the scheme, both manually and using profound
-Data validation
·Liaising with Clients on specific member cases.
·Organise and prioritise own work, ensuring completion within quality standards and agreed service levels
·Accurately check and authorise the work of others in the team.
·Refer any complaint and any suggestions for improving working methods to the Team
Leader

To be successful the candidate must have:

Extensive DB/DC experience
Ability to complete manual calculations accurately
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Well organised and able to deal with volume administration
Excellent communication skills
Experience of checking work completed by others
Confident to deal directly with the Client and members
A good knowledge of recent pensions legislations i.e. Pensions Act 2004/Simplification.
