They are looking to expand their pensions administration service further, due to new business being won and are looking for a pensions administrator to work within the pensions team to process events for the scheme members and their dependants in line with service level agreements, to provide optimum levels of customer service to the client in terms of quality cost and time. You should have good working experience of Final Salary pension schemes and in return there will be comprehensive training and development programmes which promote further learning by studying for a professional qualification, such as the Qualification in Pensions Administration (QPA).
