You will lead a team of pension’s administrators in the delivery of a continually improving level of customer service to clients and members in terms of quality, cost and time. Organising and prioritising the workflow of the team in order to meet service level agreements and actively seeking new ways to improve procedures. The successful Pensions Team Leader will need to have in depth technical pension’s knowledge to cover both DB and DC pension schemes and to be responsible for checking of pension’s calculations and processes as required. Also you will need to take responsibility for organising the work of the pension’s administrators in the team, which will include mentoring subordinates and identifying training needs to ensure your staff achieves their full potential.
