Job Description
Our client, a well established pensions provider, is keen to recruit an experienced Client Services Manager to act as the main client contact for all administrative services and queries for a portfolio of key clients with the objective of achieving total client satisfaction.
Main responsibilities will include overseeing the ongoing aspects of administration, reporting and servicing of client accounts whilst continuously looking for improvements to maximise the client service experience.
· Pro-actively manage and oversee all aspects of client administration and any service provided by other internal support functions. Act as the initial point of contact for the client for any issue or matter arising under the terms of our service agreement and work with clients to build a tailored service package.
· Conduct annual service reviews and face-to-face meetings, involving presenting to the client the value of the CSM function, operational structure, processes, controls, technology and initiatives.
· Internal co-ordination of all activities affecting the client's fund, ensuring all activities and deadlines are planned realistically and then met.
· Coordinate the resolution of any administrative issues related to the client's accounts involving investigations into unsatisfactory actions, assessing consequences of these and escalation of any issues to clients, management or other areas as needed.
The successful candidate will have a strong background within the pensions arena and will have proven ability in a relationship management or client-facing role within pensions or asset management. They will possess knowledge of compliance and relevant industry regulatory frameworks and experience of managing change or projects.
Foreign language skills (e.g. French, German, Arabic) will be considered an advantage.
