You will also have some responsibility for organising the work of the administrators, which also includes mentoring subordinates and identifying training needs to ensure staff achieve their full potential. You will be supported and encouraged to further your learning by studying for professional qualifications, such as Associate of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI).
