Job Description

Working within the Pensions Operations Department, you will be involved in an environment that is both challenging and varied. You will provide leadership and bring experience to a team of pensions administrators to ensure work is completed in line with service level agreements and to provide optimum levels of customer service to the client and member in terms of quality cost and time. The successful Senior Pensions Administrator will need to have in depth technical pensions knowledge to cover both DB and DC pension schemes and be responsible for checking pensions calculations and processes as required. You will also have some responsibility for organising the work of the administrators, which also includes mentoring subordinates and identifying training needs to ensure staff achieve their full potential. You will be supported and encouraged to further your learning by studying for professional qualifications, such as Associate of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI).
