They are now recruiting for a 1st Software Systems Administrator to help drive the business forward.
The purpose of the role is
- To maintain the 1st Software system
- To increase the awareness of 1st Software and be able to implement the change
- To provide high quality 1st Software systems support and training to all Financial Services staff
- To devise/update the administrative procedures throughout the Group relating to 1st Software Principal Responsibilities
- Maintain the 1st Software system, to include setting up of new users, funds, employers, daily price feed etc.
- Implement and manage staff access to secure product provider websites.
- Devise/update and implement new and existing business practice.
- Organise and run update training sessions.
- Produce training manuals, where appropriate.
- Liaise with 1st Software, when necessary Skills required are
- 1st Software knowledge
- Financial Services background
- Training skills
- Change management skills
- To be able to work as part of a team as well as the ability to work unsupervised
- Enthusiasm and a self-managing attitude are essential
- Excellent organisational skills
