Job Description

Our client provides a whole of market independent financial advice service, with a focus on investments. They are recruiting an office administrator for their Coventry branch.





The candidates role is Office Based  and  will involve

- General administrative duties

- Database management

- Telephone Answering

- Client/Business input

- Business Tracking

- Accurate document storage

- Assist RI's with Business Transactions

- Liaise with Life Offices, Product Providers and Orchid management Minimum requirements



- Ideally 3 years Financial Services background

- Minimum 2 years office administration experience

- Computer Literate - Microsoft Office

- Numerate

- Good communicator both written and orally

- Good administration skills

- Ideally competent with the 1st software system
