Job Description
Duties Include:
Treasury settlement of all transactions on their designated value and date in accordance with the London Code and the Bank's policies and procedure manuals.
Investigate and settle treasury related complaints
Develop and enforce appropriate systems and controls for the function to mitigate treasury related risks
Monitor and improve operational standards within the Treasury Operations Team.
Coach, motivate and develop Treasury Operations staff
Share understanding of Treasury Operations among the Bank's employees.
Ensure a professional image and profile of the Treasury Operations Function is cultivated and maintained.
Ensure transactions are confirmed expeditiously
Actively evaluate advancements in the market relating to back office processing.
