Operations Clerk (Payments) – Leading Private Bank
£21,000 + excellent package
Based Leatherhead, Surrey
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with banking operations experience to join an established and prestigious private bank. Working in the cash operations department you will be responsible for general banking duties, including transfers and payments to clients. You will also be responsible for processing regular payment routines as well as clearing items to client accounts.
To be successful in this role you should have previous experience within a banking or stock broking operations role. Knowledge of CHAPS, BACS and Swift would be ideal, as is a familiarity with banking back office operations tasks, particularly on the payments side. Ideally you will be from a private banking or stock broking background, however good candidates from a retail background will also be considered. For those from retail backgrounds this provides an excellent opportunity to develop into a private bank and for all it is an excellent chance to work with a leading name in the industry.
