Job Description
A Hedge Fund Client Service professional is required by a top-tier, brand-named premier European investment bank, based in London.
The role is within a joint venture organisation between equities & derivatives operations and fixed income operations. The role covers multiple asset classes, globally, including but not limited to equities, equity derivatives, credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange, and commodities.
The primary goal is to provide exemplary service to hedge fund clients and developing a better operating relationship between the bank and their hedge fund clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for hedge fund client satisfaction based on operational interaction of specific hedge fund clients, requiring hands-on processing, intense review, analysis, and communication.
Proven experience in operations and/or trading is essential for this role. Securities industry registrations would constitute a significant plus.
The candidate should be personable, articulate and have acquired similar skills and/or experience in a previous role. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated a track record of achievement and contribution to their employer.
