Job Description
A Credit Card Fraud Protection Manager is required by an eminent international investment bank. This high-calibre, exciting, and challenging role is based in the London Docklands.
This role provides senior oversight of fraud monitoring functions carried out by a third party. To perform this role effectively, attention to transaction level details, a strong sense of urgency and quick execution is essential.
As a process owner, the Credit Card Fraud Protection Manager will have end-to-end accountability for the fraud and disputes processes across both commercial cards and prepaid. The Credit Card Fraud Protection Manager will be an active player of global fraud management team, and have end-to-end oversight of fraud monitoring functions.
Prior experience and knowledge of cards, cards fraud monitoring, and management is essential. Experience of corporate cards operations is preferable, and the candidate will have a good understanding of the risk-related aspects of operational activities.
This role offers tremendous exposure to diverse areas within the bank - enabling the candidate to develop by interacting with product, sales, operations, the relationship team and technology. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop expertise on all aspects of commercial cards and prepaid operations, and will play a highly visible and vital role in supporting the businesses.
