Job Description
A prestigious global investment bank is looking for a debt transaction manager within the client services & operations group in its London-based European headquarters.
The bank is a world-leading wealth management, capital markets and advisory company which offer a broad range of services to corporations, governments, small businesses and individuals.
As a successful candidate, you will work within the wider client services operations division, which enjoys a reputation within the bank for flawless operational management and control. You will be co-ordinating the support of structured trades, by arranging meetings with the key business contacts and the relevant support teams to ensure that all the deal components and timeframes are fully understood.
Strong fixed income product knowledge is essential for this role. You will have solid fixed income documentation experience, covering both domestic and international clearing. Strong analysis of structured transactions and good legal knowledge is required.
