Job Description
A corporate actions supervisor is required for an eminent international asset management house. The role is based at their London offices.
The role will be primarily to retrieve, collate and verify full details of company share capital restructuring (corporate events/scrip dividends) to accurately reflect such events on internal records, and ensure fund manager decisions are relayed to custodians for non-mandatory events.
Principal accountabilities include identifying, collating and verifying full details of all corporate events / scrip dividends, which effect the firm's client portfolios, using information retrieved from custodians, press announcements and information providers.
The ideal candidate will be considered 'threshold competent' under FSA training & competency standards. We are seeking professionals with good experience of corporate actions processing in a financial environment.
