Job Description
A French-speaking Corporate Actions Processor is required for one of the world's largest and best-known international investment banks.
Based in the London Docklands, the corporate actions processor will process and monitor all French corporate actions events, and provide an accurate, timely and client focused service.
The corporate actions department is within global custody operations and deals with corporate events that affect client's shareholding.
Key responsibilities will be to reconcile and action all corporate actions when required, and translate French event announcements into English. The successful candidate will build relationships with the French depository and all issuing agents, and refer any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Experience in end-to-end corporate actions processing is vital for this role. Fluent French language skills are essential. Ideally, the candidate will have had solid experience in corporate actions or dividends, and desirably securities operations, also.
