Job Description
An Implementation Manager is required for one of the world's largest and most prestigious international investment banks.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful implementation team in global transaction services in the London Docklands. The role is as a customer implementation project manager, vital in bringing customer solutions to market and starting the growth of the revenue realisation for the business.
The successful candidate would be required to work with corporate clients on a global basis, therefore a good working knowledge of corporate cash products would be required, specifically the understanding of corporate treasury and cash flow management would be highly beneficial.
Job responsibilities will be to implement cash management product solutions, of varying size and complexity, primarily in EMEA region. You will project manage implementations by being the central point to both internal and external customers, and oversee and track progress against the project plan deliverables and milestones.
Previous banking experience and extensive project management and/or process management experience is required. The candidate will demonstrate strong understanding of customer expectations, and knowledge of cash products. Experience with corporate treasury and cash management flows is highly beneficial. Language proficiency in French, German, Italian and/or Spanish is preferred.
