Job Description
An Equity Derivatives Matching Clerk is sought by our client; a leading international investment bank.
The Equity Derivative Matching Team tracks internal and external clients to obtain sign-off on all legal documentation required by the equity derivative traders/marketers, located across the world.
Key responsibilities will be to ensure the matching of equity derivative confirmations for all new and modified trades in a timely manner. You will ensure corporate confirmations are handled with particular care. You will also perform the checking of outgoing amended confirmations for equity derivative trades.
We seek candidates who are able to understand the workings of derivative products. They must be conversant with at least one product's ISDA derivative definitions. Template negotiation and process management experience is highly desirable.
This position presents an opportunity to quickly and thoroughly learn about the multiple derivative products, and the ability to be involved in key project initiatives outside of the day-to-day activities.
