Job Description
OTC Documentation Specialist Docklands
An OTC Documentation Specialist is required for the Structured Equity/FX team of one of the largest and most prestigious investment banks in the world.
The Structured Equity/FX team are responsible for several processes including the drafting and negotiation of Master Confirmation Agreements, the timely drafting and execution of Hybrid OTC confirmations and Structured FX confirmations, and the execution of exotic confirmations.
Key responsibilities will be to:
- Assist in executing structured FX and equity confirmations within agreed time frames
- Assist in the drafting of master confirmation agreements in a timely manner and in line with any internal or external targets set
- Build an excellent working relationships with your allocation of clients (internal and external)
- Build internal relationships with middle office and legal
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Excellent documentation skills and experience is required for this role, as is a basic knowledge or interest in derivative products. Previous confirmation or middle office experience would be beneficial.
This position offers excellent training opportunities to continuously learn and develop across all the products. This is an opportunity to quickly and thoroughly learn about the multiple derivative products.
