Legal Counsel/Paralegal
£12.00 - £18.00 Per Hour
City OF London
Leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise is seeking the services of an experienced and articulate Legal Counsel/Paralegal with good communication skills.
Within this role you will be assisting with diligence and documentation relating to negotiations, matters relating to Global Prime Finance business, the Cash Equities business, Network Management. This will include file maintenance and report updates for other members of the team.
You will need have good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). Ideally you will be a be an ambitious self-starter, with the ability to achieve goals with minimal assistance as well as be able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with negotiating the above documentation either from a law firm or banking background is preferable but not essential.
