Job Description
This is an opportunity to join the highly successful EMEA cash implementation team in global transaction services of a worldwide renowned investment bank.
Based in the London Docklands, the role will have a responsibility for delivering against the team's objectives in delivering and integrating payments products and services capabilities to corporate customers, banks and financial institutions.
The technical implementation manager will partner with sales, product management, customer service and operations teams as well as external third party service providers to ensure customer objectives can be satisfied or exceeded & to manage customer expectations and priorities.
Primarily the skills that are required are a correct blend of customer management experience and project management skills with a good understanding of cash products (ideally attained through cash management experience). Working knowledge and experience with various connectivity and encryption tools is highly preferential.
