£15.00 _ £20.00 Per Hour
This renowned international top tier investment bank is looking for an articulate Fee Rebate Clerk . With over 300,000 employees in 83 countries and territories this investment bank is one of the largest financial services organisations in the world, and one of the few banks with a truly global presence.
As a Fees and Rebates Reconciliation clerk working within Stock Borrowing Operations team, you will primarily be responsible for promptly receiving and reconciling SBL billing statements.
Responsibilities to include:-
•To collate, in a timely manner, client billing statements
•Reconciliation of bank positions to client positions.
•Arrange payment / receipt of funds with external counterparties in relation to Fees and Rebates
•To advise Front Office of any reconciliation differences
•To ensure that a fee/rebate rate discrepancy report is run from Pirum on a daily basis.
•Development and maintenance of both internal and external relationships
•Ensure that any department / desk procedural changes are advised, either verbally or in writing to your supervisor
•Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.
•Completion of a daily checklist
•Production of monthly management information
You must have a proven track record in a similar position within a large top tier investment bank as well as stock loan experience.
