Job Description
A Corporate Actions Analyst is required for one of the world's largest investment banks, committed to being the best financial services provider in the world.
Based in London, the Corporate Actions group services all of the equity trading businesses. These include both proprietary trading desks (cash, derivatives, convertibles) and client facing businesses (prime brokerage, stock loan, swaps)
The primary responsibilities will focus on notification, instruction management, and post event management. You will be providing timely and accurate information to internal and external clients about upcoming events. You will collate elections from traders, clients, lenders and buyers. Finally you will ensure all entitlements are received from agents.
Instructions experience is vital for this role, so good instructions experience is imperative. Candidates should have strong investment banking operations experience, and experience in or proven knowledge of corporate actions or dividends.
Successful candidates will gain a full understanding of how the products work to enable them to provide a complete service to the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high profile area with close links to multiple business areas.
